You will step into major business-driven IT and digitalization initiatives within municipal operations, where the goal is to increase the pace of change, strengthen services to residents, and improve employees' daily work. Here you will encounter a complex environment with many stakeholders, high demands on feasibility, and a clear need to challenge both working methods and the market.

The role moves between strategy and execution. In some situations, you lead the work forward, while in others, you support and coach the business in important strategic choices. You contribute with structure, a holistic perspective, and architectural understanding in projects where multiple dependencies need to be managed simultaneously. The work involves, among other things, change journeys within social services and the development of an integration environment where SaaS services, national services, and internally operated solutions must interact securely and efficiently. • You lead business-driven IT and digitalization projects from needs assessment and direction to implementation.
• You align business needs, requirements, supplier dialogue, steering, decision support, and feasibility within the public sector and the Public Procurement Act (LOU).
• You support leadership functions in strategic choices and help the business translate decisions into practically feasible plans.
• You drive work within system integration and contribute an architectural perspective to create structure and understand the whole.
• You coordinate efforts related to procurement, delivery model, maintenance, and supplier collaboration in a more modularized system landscape.
• You switch between a coaching and leading role depending on the project's phase, maturity, and needs.

• At least 5 years of experience in public procurement and procurement-related work within IT and digitalization, including the ability to align business needs, requirements, supplier dialogue, steering, decision support, and feasibility within the framework of the public sector and LOU.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management within complex public digitalization.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting leadership functions in strategic choices.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management and architecture within the field of system integration.

• At least 5 years of experience with development and maintenance frameworks within IT.
• At least 5 years of experience in supplier management and service delivery management.
