In the role of Support Financial Assistant, you work at the heart of Fortnox's financial flows. You ensure that payments are handled correctly, securely, and on time. The role is both operational and problem-solving, where you handle cases related to financial transactions while collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners.

Your tasks will include, among other things, registering and handling incoming payments, working with unallocated payments and investigating discrepancies, handling outgoing payments, managing daily financial flows, and resolving cases related to financial transactions. The role also involves reconciliations and some ongoing accounting, as well as contributing to the improvement of methods and processes. You will become part of a team where collaboration and clear communication are a natural part of everyday life.

This is a direct recruitment, which means that StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process, but you will be directly employed by Fortnox. The position is full-time with a start in early September, and working hours are during standard office hours. The location is central Malmö.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You who have post-secondary education in finance or similar.
• You who are detail-oriented, structured, and responsible.
• You who have an interest in finance and financial flows.
• You who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a solution-oriented approach to work.
• You who communicate fluently in Swedish and have good English skills.

It is an advantage if you have experience of similar tasks or have previously worked in Fortnox systems.
