Payroll Administrator for Furuboda

The Furuboda Association runs a community college, upper secondary school, labor market training programs, residential care facilities (HVB), conference activities, and an assistance company. The operations are based at our main facility south of Åhus and at our branches in Kristianstad, Malmö, Lund, and Karlskrona.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a payroll administrator with us, you are responsible for ensuring the correct salary is paid on time for approximately 160 employees as well as temporary staff. You work independently but in close collaboration with HR and Finance.

The duties consist of ongoing payroll administration, including handling absence, vacation, and time reporting. We use Kontek Payroll and Kontek HRM.

You interact with managers and employees regarding salary-related matters and handle reporting to authorities and other stakeholders, such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, pension administration, and employer certificates.

Other administrative tasks within HR and payroll.

The position is 75% with a start date around November 1st. The employment may begin with a probationary period.

Interviews for the position will be held in August.

QUALIFICATIONS

As an applicant, you have relevant education in payroll/HR and a few years of experience in payroll administration. Experience with Kontek Payroll and Kontek HRM is meritorious.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, service-oriented, and have an easy way with people. You have a pedagogical ability to explain payroll matters to those not familiar with the field.
