We are currently looking for a recruiter for a consultancy assignment with a client in the banking and finance sector in Malmö. The assignment starts immediately and runs initially for 4–5 months.

About the role
As a recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and job profiling to sourcing, interviews, candidate assessment, reference checking, and offer management. You work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process.

You will be working within an international organization where English is the daily working language.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience working as a recruiter and independently driving recruitment processes from A to Z.
• Has recruited for various types of roles, preferably both specialist and managerial positions.
• Has experience in stakeholder management and is accustomed to building strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with recruitment in an international organization or recruiting in English is considered an asset.
