At Gigstep, we work in a tight-knit team with a clear mission – to match the best candidates, gig workers, and consultants with our clients' skill needs. We are now looking for an intern who wants to support us in the recruitment process during Autumn 2026, while gaining valuable experience for the future.
Here, you will be involved in several parts of the recruitment work, including:
- Writing and publishing job advertisements
- Screening relevant CVs
- Holding phone screenings with candidates
- Participating in interviews
- Assisting with reference checks
- Searching for and contacting passive candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn
- Working in our recruitment tool, Teamtailor
We are looking for someone currently studying at a university or college, preferably within HR or a related field. The internship must be part of your education during the autumn semester of 2026.
You are unpretentious, positive, and service-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy meeting diverse people, and are curious about the consulting and recruitment industry. Above all, you have a strong desire to learn, develop, and contribute to the team.
