About the Role

At SJR, we have been entrusted with recruiting a Payroll & HR Specialist for Ettiketto AB in Malmö. At Ettiketto, you will be offered a broad and varied role for someone who wants to work operationally within both payroll and HR in a growing and thriving company.

The role involves many internal and external contacts, and you will become a key person in the work of developing and streamlining processes within both payroll and HR. You will belong to the finance department, which consists of five competent and collaborative colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Independently responsible for payroll administration for the group's Swedish companies with approx. 300 employees (both unionized and salaried staff).
• Handling of time reporting, expense reports, and reimbursements.
• System responsibility for Agda Pay, Agda Time, and Visma Expense.
• Monthly reporting, statistics, and contact with authorities.
• Responsible for pension administration and dialogue with their pension partner, Söderberg & Partners.
• Support to managers regarding labor law and HR-related matters.
• Further development of HR processes, policies, and working methods.
• Participation in recruitment, rehabilitation cases, and union contacts.
• Coordination and development of the HR wheel.

Suitable Background

We are looking for you who have at least 5 years of experience in both payroll administration and broad HR work. You have a good understanding of collective agreements and are accustomed to working in system environments, preferably with experience of Agda or Visma Expense.

We would prefer that you have a University College degree (YH) or relevant higher education – the most important thing is your competence, experience, and ambition to develop further in a broad role.

As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, and responsible with a high service spirit. You thrive in a role where you work independently with great responsibility but also find it easy to collaborate, build relationships, and contribute to a positive team spirit that builds trust and creates good relationships within the organization.

The role requires good communication skills and very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. You have integrity and a solution-oriented approach to work.

You are based at the office in Malmö but will work from other sites within the region, primarily in Malmö and Helsingborg on a regular basis. A driver's license is therefore a requirement.
