The mandate of the Corporate Communications Department is to contribute to strengthening Region Skåne's brand and realizing decided operational goals, political decisions, and operational visions through professional communication efforts. The position of Business Developer is located within the Corporate Communications Department, specifically in the Digital Services unit. This unit belongs to the Digital Communication area, which consists of three other units and works on developing and managing Region Skåne's digital channels. We are a team of over 50 colleagues who believe it is important to provide the best experience and service to residents and employees across various channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Developer, you will be part of a team working on developing Region Skåne's digital services on 1177.se. You will focus on facilitating and improving residents' opportunities for digital contact with healthcare. The role involves both strategic and operational work. It requires close collaboration with various stakeholders and professions to jointly create the best user experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a university degree with a digital focus in communication or other relevant education, along with several years of experience driving the development of digital services with a focus on usability and accessibility. You are accustomed to leading projects in this area and working in cross-functional teams. The role involves many internal and external contacts, so it is important that you can communicate in a trustworthy and professional manner. It is meritorious if you have worked with digital services within the 1177 concept or services classified as medical devices. Additionally, experience working in a larger organization is an advantage. You have good knowledge of communicating in both Swedish and English.

To succeed in the role, you need to understand end-users' needs as well as how we meet the organization's needs. You take responsibility for delivering results, have strong analytical skills, and can see how the different parts connect for the user.
