Do you want to combine economics, analysis, and business development in a growing healthcare company? At Dr.Dropin Dermatology Center in Sweden, you will work closely with the operations at our clinics in Malmö and Lund, contribute to smarter working methods, and help develop an efficient and scalable business.
In this role, you will have a broad and operationally close position where economics, administration, analysis, and development meet. You will support our existing clinics in daily operations and, should we acquire a new clinic in the future, contribute to creating structure and effective working methods during the integration process. Together with the CEO and the Clinic Manager, you will work to create stable, efficient, and patient-centered operations.
About the Role
As a Junior Business Developer at Dr.Dropin Sweden, you will become a key link between the clinics, the CEO, and external partners. You will work closely with the business and handle both operational and developmental tasks with a focus on structure, quality, analysis, and improvement.
This is a practical and operationally close role for you who enjoy switching between analysis, administration, and operational improvements. You will report to and work closely with the CEO, who is based in Oslo, and you will be based at our clinics in Malmö and Lund.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Preparing billing documentation and monthly summaries
- Handling administration related to Region Skåne
- Analyzing results, working methods, and key figures to identify improvement opportunities
- Developing proposals for more efficient processes and routines
- Working with scheduling and contributing to smooth daily operations
- Coordinating and leading simpler marketing initiatives
- Acting as the link between our external accounting firm and the Swedish operations
- Supporting the integration of new clinics and contributing to structure around continued operations
About You
We believe you have worked for a year or a few years after your education, preferably in a role where you have combined economics, administration, and analysis. You have a structured way of working, are comfortable with numbers, and enjoy understanding how a business functions behind the scenes.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
- Post-secondary education in economics
- Approximately 1–4 years of experience from a role in economics, administration, accounting, or similar
- Good analytical skills and an easy ability to see connections in numbers and processes
- A careful and structured way of working
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A friendly, service-minded, and professional approach
- Very good computer skills and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new systems
- Curiosity about how digital tools and AI can simplify and improve work
It is an advantage if you have worked as an economic assistant, in accounting, or in a role where you have been involved in business or operational development. Experience from private healthcare or work related to Region Skåne is also an advantage, but not a requirement.
As a person, you are unpretentious, curious, and solution-oriented. You like to create order, understand details, and contribute to the whole. You are comfortable in an environment where a lot is happening and where the role can develop in tandem with the business.
