Capio Primary Care Region Southwest consists of 13 health centers and occupational health services in southwestern Scania. We provide primary care services on behalf of the Region of Scania. Each health center has a manager who, with the help of their local leadership team, drives operations and is responsible for their clinic. Supporting this structure is a regional leadership team comprising the Regional Director, Regional Controller, Regional Medical Director (RMD), and HR Partner. This regional leadership team is now looking to expand with additional controller expertise.

As a Junior Controller, you will be part of the regional leadership team. The focus will be on supporting the operations with their financial follow-up. You will assist with year-end reporting and budgeting, work with financial monitoring, and compile and analyze statistics. The role involves a strong focus on analysis and development to optimize operational processes. You will have close contact with the Region of Scania and use their various systems. As a support and sounding board, you have our Regional Controller who knows all operations and processes well. The role also includes collaborative work to develop the region's operations and find new areas for development within primary care.

The work can be done partially remotely, but we offer a workplace in our premises at Södergatan 11 in Helsingborg, where several of us are also based.

We are looking for you who have a bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent. You might be at the beginning of your career and want to develop within controlling, or you may have worked for a few years. Previous experience from the healthcare industry is an advantage. You truly enjoy statistics and analysis and have a good structure in your work.

You have an open approach and the ability to prioritize. As a person, you are solution-focused, business-minded, and confident, while also being proactive and decisive. You handle Excel at an advanced level and preferably have experience with Power BI. We place great importance on your personal qualities. As a controller, a large part of the job is to support others, so you need to have a pedagogical ability to succeed in your work.
