We work actively with person-centered close care and have our sights set on quality and participation for elderly people living in ordinary housing. A key part of this work involves monitoring the Business Plan, the board's scorecards, etc., based on established goals.
As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in this work. You will work on behalf of the Business Manager for ordinary housing and in close collaboration with unit managers in the area, as well as other Business Developers within the elderly care, health care, and disability support sectors.
The Care Administration is undergoing innovative change work and has had a function-based organization for several years. This is partly to gain full momentum in quality and development work. We welcome your application!
Your Role With Us
As a Business Developer, you will work with:
- Operating in a politically governed organization and working strategically to ensure that the needs within your business area are met in relation to the administration's political mandate.
- Collaborating and cooperating with various partners and stakeholders.
- Monitoring developments in the field through environmental analysis and proposing relevant areas for improvement.
- Serving as a natural part of various cross-administrative forums.
- Supporting Unit Managers and employees in implementing new working methods and development areas.
- Planning, following up on, and analyzing goals and assignments together with the Unit Managers.
- Providing a coordinating function for the quality management system.
- Working with development projects.
- Leading various networks.
- Reporting statistics for the area.
Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate has an academic degree relevant to the area of responsibility, and we would appreciate if you have completed project management training. We require professional experience in independent quality and development work. Since the role requires communication and documentation, you must have strong communication skills and be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You are articulate and can adapt your communication to your target audience. We would appreciate it if you are comfortable giving lectures or training sessions. You handle digital tools as a natural part of your work. You must have a B-driving license to travel to our operations throughout the municipality.
The role requires that you can work independently and have strong analytical skills to initiate, execute, follow up on, and evaluate processes. With a strategic approach, you have a holistic perspective on the business and can motivate and inspire those around you. You need a strong interest in development and improvement work and the ability to handle parallel processes. Ability to work independently is essential.
About Us
The Care Administration's operations are directed towards the elderly and individuals requiring disability support, as well as those needing home healthcare. The operations are function-based and divided into four business areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health care, and disability support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the Assistive Technology Center in Eastern Skåne.

Kristianstad Municipality applies individual and differentiated salary setting.
Start Date
The start date for the position is by agreement.
