What you'll do at Thule

As Global Senior Creator & Content Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how Thule tells its story across the world. You will lead the strategy and execution of our global creator and content initiatives, working to build meaningful partnerships with creators, influencers, and content producers who reflect Thule's values and connect with our audiences.

In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Brand, and Communications to develop and execute content strategies that strengthen Thule's global presence. You will identify, onboard, and manage relationships with creators and content partners across multiple markets, ensuring content is authentic, high-quality, and aligned with our brand guidelines.

You will also be responsible for briefing, coordinating, and reviewing content production, from concept to final delivery, while tracking performance and using insights to continuously refine our approach.

Alongside the operational work, you will contribute to developing Thule's broader content and creator strategy, exploring new formats, platforms, and partnership models to keep us at the forefront of how brands engage audiences. You'll be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and staying ahead of trends in the content and creator space.

Your efforts will have a direct and meaningful impact on how Thule is perceived globally, and on the strength of our connection with customers and communities around the world.

What you bring

To be successful in this role, we believe you have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, combined with solid experience in content creation, creator management, or influencer marketing, ideally in a global or multi-market context. You bring strong creative judgment, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to balance brand consistency with authentic, platform-native storytelling.

You have experience building and managing relationships with creators, agencies, or content partners, and you know how to brief and guide content production to deliver strong, on-brand results. You're comfortable working with performance data and using insights to inform content decisions. You enjoy working collaboratively across functions and have a natural ability to communicate and build trust with stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English is required.

It is considered an advantage if you have previous experience working with global brands or across multiple markets. Experience with social media platforms, content production tools, or emerging creator economy trends is also beneficial and valued in this position.
