Do you want a flexible job that fits perfectly with studies or other commitments? We are now looking for new customer service representatives for an exciting and brand-new e-commerce assignment!

You will be employed by Online Sverige, an established company with over 30 years of experience, working with several well-known clients in customer service and sales.

About the role

In this role, you will handle phone calls related to a new solution for age verification during deliveries. You will assist customers by answering questions and providing guidance based on clear routines, guides, and FAQs. Naturally, you will receive thorough, paid training before you start so that you feel completely confident in the role.

Scope, duration, and working hours

The positions are part-time employment of 20 hours per week. The assignment initially lasts for 3 months, with good opportunities for extension.

Your schedule will vary from week to week, but working hours are always scheduled within the framework of our evening and weekend shifts. To fit into the role, it is therefore a requirement that you are available to work during these times.

Our current scheduling timeframes are:

• Weekdays (evening shifts): 17:00–21:00
• Weekends (Saturday–Sunday): 10:00–20:00

For the right person: There are also opportunities for a full-time position in the future by combining this assignment with other exciting projects within Online Sverige.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented and genuinely enjoys helping people.
• Feels comfortable using the phone as a tool and has good computer skills.
• Is flexible and can work varying hours during evenings and weekends.
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of English or previous customer service experience is meritorious (not a requirement – we will teach you what you need to know!).
