We are now looking for a Transport and Logistics Administrator for a long-term consultancy assignment with a well-known international industrial company in Malmö. Here, you will become an important part of an engaged team where you will work with transport administration, logistics processes, and continuous improvements in a global operation.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality transport flows by, among other things:
- 📦 Planning, coordinating, and following up on national and international transports
- 📄 Creating, reviewing, and administering transport and export documentation
- 🚚 Collaborating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal functions to ensure efficient deliveries
- 💰 Reviewing transport invoices and ensuring correct cost allocation
- 📊 Contributing to the optimization of transport solutions and identifying opportunities for improvement
- 🏭 Supporting the operational logistics flow together with purchasing, production, and planning
- 🗂️ Ensuring documentation is archived according to current regulations
- 🤝 Participating in supplier follow-ups and supporting claims and quality issues
- ⚙️ Contributing to the development of processes, master data, and system support for the transport operation
✅ We are looking for someone who has
- 5 years of experience in transport, logistics, or trade administration
- Good understanding of international transport flows and transport documentation
- Experience working in TMS systems (advantageous if you have worked with nShift)
- Experience with invoice management and transport costs
- Good system proficiency and experience with business systems
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Valid training/certification in ADR, IMDG, and IATA is highly advantageous
