Do you want to work with procurement in projects where preparation, structure, and business acumen are crucial? In this role, you are responsible for procurement within construction and investments, working closely with project managers and specialists throughout the entire process.

Your Mission

You are responsible for the entire procurement process, from early needs analysis and market dialogues to contracts and follow-up. The focus is on construction contractors, technical consultants, and investment projects where quality in the preparatory work is decisive.

• Plan and conduct procurements within construction projects/contracting, consulting, and investment
• Prepare procurement documents and tender specifications
• Provide legal and business support to the project organization
• Work with market analysis and conduct market dialogues
• Evaluate bids and conduct negotiations when possible
• Draft and quality-assure contracts
• Handle questions during the bidding period and requests for public documents
• Follow up on contracts and work with supplier development
• Contribute to the development of working methods, templates, and routines
• Ensure requirements regarding sustainability, climate, and social considerations

Your Experience

You have experience with public procurement and are confident in driving processes independently, preferably within construction or investments.

• Academic degree in law, economics, engineering, social sciences, or equivalent
• Experience with procurement according to LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act)
• Experience with procurement of investment projects, contractors, and technical consultants
• Knowledge of contracting forms and standard contracts such as AB 04, ABT 06, and ABK 09
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience from the public sector
• Experience of projects within real estate or community planning
• Familiarity with electronic procurement systems
• Knowledge of sustainable procurement and climate requirements

We will hold introductory interviews on August 19-21 and appreciate it if you plan your availability based on this.

Salary between 52,000 and 59,000 SEK depending on experience and responsibility. The final salary is determined individually and is based on a comprehensive assessment of your educational background, previous experience, and the area in which you have previously worked.
