We are looking for a Freight Forwarder for one of our clients in Malmö, an international industrial company with extensive inbound and outbound cargo flows. This is a long-term assignment with clear responsibilities from day one, for you who know transport and want to join a large, professional logistics organization.

You plan, execute, and follow up on transports for a local unit, ensuring that goods are received and shipped with the right quality, documentation, and cost. The role includes among other things:

• Plan and book domestic and international transports, and follow up to ensure high-quality delivery

• Create and quality-assure transport documentation, including documentation for dangerous goods

• Manage operational contact with transport suppliers and follow up on their deliveries

• Review and validate transport invoices and ensure correct cost allocation

• Optimize transport choices and consolidate loads where possible

• Support the entire logistics flow (transport, freight forwarding, warehousing) in collaboration with production, planning, and purchasing

• Participate in supplier follow-ups and drive improvements in transport processes and master data

• Some years of experience as a freight forwarder, transport coordinator, or transport administrator

• Valid certification in dangerous goods: ADR, IMDG, and IATA (DGR)

• Experience with TMS systems (preferably nShift)

• Fluent English in speech and writing

• Ability to work on-site in Malmö on a full-time basis

You are meticulous, structured, and confident in juggling many balls. You thrive in the interface between operational transport work and process improvement.

• Experience from manufacturing industry or larger international logistics organizations

• Experience with invoice validation and supplier follow-up

• Experience with customs and trade documentation

• Planned start in August

• Location in Malmö, on-site work
