Särnmark Assistans is now looking for an Information Officer/Growth Manager who wants to be part of expanding the business in Scania.

About the role
As an Information Officer/Growth Manager, you are a key person in Särnmark's continued development. You are responsible for creating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving the entire journey from first contact to established cooperation.

You have a clear focus on growth and quality, and you know that long-term relationships are the foundation for sustainable results.

Your mission
In the role, you will:
- Drive growth by identifying and developing new customer relationships
- Be responsible for the entire business process from initial dialogue to launch
- Work towards clear goals and continuously follow up on results and quality
- Be a consulting partner to customers and their networks
- Build and develop collaborations with, for example, case managers, healthcare providers, and interest organizations
- Represent the business in various forums, such as meetings, events, and networks

You plan and drive your work independently, but collaborate closely with colleagues regarding strategy, business development, and experience sharing.
