Your responsibilities
As a salesperson at Renum, you are responsible for the entire business process. You identify new customers, book meetings, analyze needs, present solutions, and drive the process all the way from first contact to closing.
When the deal is in place, the work continues. You develop the customer, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term collaborations that create value for both the customer and Renum.
You work independently with great freedom and at the same time have close collaboration with the CEO, marketing, and operations. Together, you develop the business and strengthen Renum's position in the market.
Your responsibilities include:
- Identify and process new customers
- Plan and conduct customer meetings
- Understand customers' operations and needs
- Present solutions that meet customer needs and create long-term value
- Prepare quotes and drive the business from first contact to closing
- Develop long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Work systematically in CRM and follow up on activities, pipeline, and sales
- Contribute to the company's continued development and growth
Your profile
You enjoy creating business and are motivated by seeing results. At the same time, you know that really good business is built on understanding the customer's operations, engagement, and a long-term perspective.
You take initiative, work systematically, and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces. You are good at building trust, are curious about the customer's operations, and are driven by building relationships that lead to long-term business.
When you take on a business, you drive it forward with energy and engagement until it is completed.
We believe you have:
- Many years of experience in relationship-based collaborations within B2B
- A business drive and a desire to develop both customers and business
- Ability to create long-term relationships while daring to take initiative for new businesses
- A systematic way of working and good habit of planning and following up on your work
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
Experience from the cleaning or service industry is not a requirement. We provide you with the introduction and training needed for you to feel secure in our services and succeed in the role.
