We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented Order Administrator for our client in Malmö. Here you are offered a broad role with many contact areas and good opportunities to influence and develop both working methods and processes.
About the role
As an Order Administrator, you will work with varied administrative tasks related to orders, delivery, and customer service. You are responsible for the entire order flow from receipt and registration to follow-up and invoicing, as well as coordination with warehouses and logistics partners. The position combines operational responsibility in daily work with active participation in improvement and development projects.
Examples of tasks:
- Receipt, registration, and processing of customer orders.
- Communication with customers regarding delivery status, order changes, and complaints.
- Coordination with warehouses and external logistics partners to ensure deliveries.
- Invoice data preparation and coordination with the finance department.
- Participation in process improvements and development of routines.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have at least 2–3 years of experience in similar tasks within order administration, customer service, or logistics. You have a good understanding of order and delivery flows as well as experience with business systems; experience with SAP or other major ERP systems is an advantage. It is a requirement that you express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
Experience with customs and freight issues is an advantage.

More about the position
- Scope: Full-time
- Location: Malmö, full-time at the office with some flexibility possible upon agreement
- Start date: Immediately, upon agreement
- Employment type: Initial consultancy assignment via Andara Group with the possibility of transition to the client
