Carpet Avenue is now looking for a full-time E-commerce Customer Relations Specialist for our office in Malmö.

About the Role

The role involves varied tasks within customer service, order management, and internal coordination, where you will work daily with both incoming calls and emails from customers across Europe. You will act as a central link between customer service, the warehouse, and other departments, meaning you need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy working at a fast pace.

Since we always want to work smarter, you will also be part of our work to develop and automate our daily processes using modern systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone with a focus on building strong customer relationships
• Participate in developing, streamlining, and automating our internal processes and workflows
• Coordinate issues internally with the warehouse and other departments to ensure daily flow
• Manage returns, complaints, and shipping issues
• Work in a solution-oriented manner to create the best possible customer experience

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Additional language skills such as German, French, Danish, or Dutch are highly advantageous
• Good computer skills
