My name is Emma and I am the HR Director at Vitas Group.

Right now, we are building the HR function of the future. An HR function that is business-oriented, clear, and creates real value for managers, employees, and the business.

To succeed, we need one more colleague who wants to join us on this journey.

A little about us

Our headquarters are located in Ystad. From here, we lead a group that is the market leader in the Nordics for water drainage and floor drains.

It might not sound like the most glamorous products in the world. But the fact is that our solutions are found in everything from residential homes and hotels to hospitals and commercial properties.

We are growing, developing, and investing for the future. And just like many other companies on a growth journey, we need to ensure that the organization develops at the same pace as the business.

This is where HR comes in.

As an HR Generalist with us, you will work broadly across the entire HR field.

You will become an important part of our HR team and work closely with the operations to create the best conditions for our managers and employees.

You will, among other things, work with:

• Recruitment and onboarding
• Rehabilitation cases
• Labor law issues
• Employer Branding
• The HR calendar
• Competence development
• Development and implementation of HR processes
• Support to managers in daily operations

Who are you?

We believe you have a few years of experience in broad HR work.

But perhaps most importantly, it is not exactly what you have done previously.

The most important thing is that you:
