Job Description

Our client in Hässleholm is now looking for an experienced Registrar / Document Management Specialist for a consulting assignment at 70–100% starting July 27th. Do you want to help develop and establish modern working methods within document and information management in a development-oriented organization? In this role, you will have a varied assignment where you, among other things, handle ongoing diary registration, support the operations in the release of public documents, and contribute to the system administration of the business system Ciceron. Hässleholm Miljö AB has carried out extensive development work within document and information management in recent years. New systems, working methods, and governing documents have been introduced, including the business system Ciceron. The focus is now on establishing and further developing the new working methods throughout the organization.

We are looking for you with at least five years of experience within public operations who has in-depth knowledge of public access and secrecy legislation. The work is performed primarily on-site in Hässleholm until the end of December, with good opportunities for extension.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ongoing registration and diary management according to public access and secrecy legislation
  • Handle incoming documents, mail, and email
  • Process and support operations in the release of public documents
  • Provide qualified support and advice to operations within registry, public documents, secrecy, and document management
  • Contribute to quality assurance of information management and ensure uniform application of decided working methods
  • Initiate and participate in the development of routines, templates, information management plans, and governing documents
  • Responsible for and participate in training and support measures for operations
  • Contribute to system administration and development of Ciceron
  • Collaborate with internal functions as well as external actors within document and information management
  • The assignment is carried out in close cooperation with the registrar, manager, and other support functions

Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years of documented experience as a registrar or document management specialist within public operations
  • Documented experience of working according to the principle of public access as well as public access and secrecy legislation
  • Documented experience of diary management and registry work in digital case management systems
  • Documented experience of providing support and advice to operations within document and information management
  • Good knowledge of information management plans, document control, and archive issues
  • Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
  • Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365
