The position is full-time, and you will work 100% on-site from one of our offices in Växjö or Lund.

About the role

As a recruiter at TopWork, you are responsible for finding, attracting, and matching the right candidates to our customers' needs.

You will actively work on building networks, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to our clients. You will be a key person in our delivery organization and collaborate closely with sales representatives, consultancy managers, and other recruiters.

Here, you are expected to take ownership of your processes, drive your work forward, and constantly look for new ways to find the best candidates.
