Job Description

As an Education Coordinator, you work with everything from guiding and providing service to our prospective students in the admission process to independently handling administrative tasks that contribute to the quality of our programs. You will switch between social contact both internally and externally, and work independently on administrative tasks that require structure and precision. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Planning, implementing, and developing the admission process for our programs and YH courses
  • Ensuring that study places are filled combined with high quality
  • Monitoring our alumni's employment after completing their education
  • Driving and developing KYH's career and networking programs
  • Reporting tasks to authorities
  • Issuing various types of documents to students
  • Working administratively with texts in our applications for programs and YH courses
  • Preparing programs and education starts administratively in several systems
  • Scheduling

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who likes the combination of talking to people and working structured with administration. You have a natural sense for service and ensure that details are always correct in our processes. Switching between engaging student conversations and careful administration suits you perfectly – you thrive with variety and take responsibility throughout. You get energy from high goals and feel driven by seeing your efforts lead to concrete results.

You have approximately 2-4 years of experience in a role that combines social contact and administration.

Advantageous previous experience:

  • Customer contact via phone, e.g., within customer service, sales, or support
  • Administrative work
  • Experience working towards goals and following up on results
  • Experience working in administrative systems or CRM tools

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education
  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
  • Very good computer literacy

Other
Employment terms: Permanent full-time position with an initial probationary period. Collective agreement applies.

Work form: Hybrid (both on-site and remote)

Start: September 15th or as agreed
