About the role
As a Junior Accounting Assistant at AWA, you will primarily work with customer and supplier accounting as well as bookkeeping. You will assist in handling incoming inquiries from customers, suppliers, and colleagues, as well as other tasks that arise within the department.
The employment is a fixed-term part-time position (50% or hours as agreed) based at AWA's headquarters in central Malmö. Start date is by agreement, but no later than September 2026.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are an economics student and have experience in administrative work. If you also have knowledge of bookkeeping, it is a plus. We see that you have good computer and system skills and are careful and structured in your work approach.
You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English, and also have a good understanding of other Scandinavian languages.
As a person, you are curious and motivated by taking ownership of your tasks while being a team player. You have the ability to structure and prioritize the right things, both individually and within the team.
