Today Consulting is now recruiting a Team Lead - Assembly for our client HelloFresh in Bjuv. This is a direct hire, meaning you will be employed directly by HelloFresh.

As Team Lead - Assembly, you are responsible for the daily operations within the Assembly department, where meal kits are packed for delivery to thousands of customers every week.

You have personnel responsibility for approximately 40 employees and work closely with the Area Manager Assembly and HR. The role is a combination of administrative work and visible leadership in the operations. Approximately 60–70% of the work consists of planning, staffing, follow-up, and personnel-related issues, while the remaining time is spent in production where you coach and support your team.

We are looking for you who have experience in personnel management and who enjoy working close to the operations. You are confident in your leadership, create structure, and build good relationships. When the pace increases, you remain calm, make well-founded decisions, and are motivated by developing both people and working methods.

We would like you to:

• Have experience in personnel management, for example as Team Lead, Group Manager, or in a similar role.

• Have worked in a production, logistics, or other process-driven operation.

• Are used to working towards goals and following up on results.

• Have a coaching, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work.

• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English.

• Have a valid driver's license (Category B).

• Lead and plan daily operations.

• Ensure correct staffing and an efficient production flow.

• Follow up on goals and KPIs and drive improvement work.

• Coach, develop, and support your team.

• Conduct development and follow-up meetings.

• Work closely with HR on issues such as rehabilitation, working environment, and personnel development.

• Recruit and onboard new employees.

• Ensure that operations follow routines for quality, hygiene, and food safety.

• Work actively with GMP, working environment, and safety.

• Collaborate with warehouse, planning, quality, HR, and other functions.

• Communicate goals, changes, and priorities clearly.

• Contribute to a positive work climate where collaboration and respect are in focus.
