Your Role Here
As Teamleader Customer Service, you are responsible for leading and developing our customer service function with the goal of creating a world-class customer experience. You ensure that our customers receive fast, professional, and solution-oriented service while you develop working methods, processes, and routines to streamline operations.
You will play a key role in Smedbo's ongoing digitalization journey, where the development of modern working methods, digital customer interactions, and effective system support becomes an important part of the assignment.
This is a broad role with both operational and strategic elements, where you work closely with the sales organization, logistics department, and other functions within the company.
You have direct personnel responsibility for the customer service team and are responsible for developing employees, creating engagement, and ensuring high quality in daily work.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and a professional customer experience.
- Responsible for customer service processes, routines, and quality follow-up.
- Handle and follow up on complaints and customer cases.
- Ensure efficient order and delivery flows together with sales and logistics.
- Develop working methods and processes for increased efficiency and service level.
- Monitor key figures and analyze customer service performance.
- Drive and develop the digitalization of the customer service function, including CRM systems, self-service portals, AI support, and other digital tools to improve customer experience and increase efficiency.
- Budget and cost monitoring within the area of responsibility.
- Personnel responsibility for the customer service team.
The position is located in Helsingborg and reports to the Marketing Director.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who have experience in customer service and leadership, preferably from an international company within consumer products, retail, or a related industry. You have worked with developing customer service functions and are accustomed to combining operational work with a strategic perspective.
You are a confident and communicative leader who motivates and develops your employees. At the same time, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have a strong customer focus. You thrive in cross-departmental collaboration and see the importance of building good relationships both internally and externally.
We would like you to have:
- Experience in personnel responsibility and team leadership
- Experience from customer service, order management, or customer success
- Good understanding of business processes and customer flows
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
