About the role

You will conduct short interviews with visitors during Malmö Festival. The interviews take place at various locations within the festival area, where you approach visitors, briefly inform them about the survey, and ask them to complete a short questionnaire via a tablet.

The purpose of the surveys is to collect visitors' opinions and experiences. The results are used as a basis for developing and improving various activities and events.

Some assignments may also include simple observation tasks.

The assignment takes place during Malmö Festival, August 7–14, 2026 (weeks 32–33).

Working hours

The work is carried out in scheduled shifts during the festival period. Exact working hours are determined before the start of the assignment.

We are looking for someone who can work approximately 25 hours during Malmö Festival. The scope may vary slightly depending on the needs of the assignment.

This role is perfect as a side job for those who want to work during an intense period in August.

About you

We are looking for someone who lives in Malmö or the surrounding area and is available to work during the festival period.

You are social, outgoing, and find it natural to initiate contact with people. You are detail-oriented and comfortable following instructions, while also being able to work independently on-site.

Since many festival visitors are international, you must be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

Experience in similar work, such as in service, sales, events, or previous survey roles, is an advantage.
