Your role as Consulting Unit Manager at Combitech

As a Consulting Unit Manager at Combitech, part of the defense and security group Saab AB, you will play a key role in further developing one of Sweden's most advanced units within Security Testing and Red Teaming.

The group works daily with penetration tests, technical investigations, and security tests for customers in sectors such as Defense, Defense Industry, Total Defense, Public Sector, as well as customers in Automotive, Medical IoT, IoT, etc. Within Red Teaming, we work with scenario-based tests and exercises, as well as tool development, together with customers in Finance, Authorities, and Industry.

In your role as Consulting Unit Manager, you are responsible for leading the southern unit, with a focus on planning, staffing, and developing the team in collaboration with your fellow managers. Since the team is geographically dispersed, part of your leadership will be remote. You will have significant customer contact and participate actively in consulting assignments. The role also includes recruiting new consultants and ensuring the unit's development and profitability.

Your daily tasks also include participating in tenders and quotation work, as well as creating conditions for secure and effective deliveries. You are part of the management group for Security Testing and Red Teaming, where you drive the unit's development and contribute to the Cyber Defense Center offering.

Who are you?

We are looking for you with experience and understanding of penetration testing and Red Team exercises. Knowledge of tools and frameworks such as PTES, OWASP, MITRE, KSF, TIBER, and NIST is advantageous. Previous experience from roles such as team lead or similar is also advantageous.
