Field Sales Representative for Malmö – Construction, Industry & Property Management

Jicon Works is in an expansion phase and is now looking for a driven, solution-oriented, and business-minded field sales representative for our branch in Malmö. Based in Malmö, you will handle customers in Malmö and the surrounding Skåne region, with a focus on construction, industry, and property management.
Here, you will have an independent role with significant responsibility, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to influence both your daily work and our continued growth in the region.
About the role
As a field sales representative at Jicon Works, you are a key player in our customer processing. You are responsible for the entire sales process: from prospecting and initial contact to needs analysis, quotation, closing, and follow-up. A central part of the role is to build long-term customer relationships based on trust, good service, and high product knowledge.
Your responsibilities
- Plan and conduct customer visits in line with agreed customer visit goals.
- Visit and process new customers as well as develop existing customer relationships.
- Present Jicon Works' assortment and find customer-adapted solutions.
- Monitor sales results, budget, and profitability on a monthly basis.
- Maintain ongoing customer contact via phone, email, meetings, and customer visits.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues at the branch to provide customers with the best possible service.
We are looking for you who
We are looking for someone with experience in sales, preferably within construction, industry, ironmongery, or a related industry. You thrive in proactive sales, have an easy time building trust, and are motivated by targets, customer meetings, and deals. You are self-starting, structured, and business-minded, while also being a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and contributing to a strong team.
- Have experience in B2B sales or other relevant sales.
- Are confident in customer dialogue and can drive business from first contact to closing.
- Have a good ability to plan your time and work independently.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
Merits: experience from construction, industry, property management, or ironmongery, an established network in Malmö/Skåne, and familiarity with CRM or business systems.
