Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an important contact person for the company's customers. You will work with both phone and email, helping customers with questions regarding products, orders, and deliveries. The role suits you if you enjoy providing service and have a technical interest – you like to understand how products work and are motivated by finding solutions.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Handling incoming calls and emails from customers.
• Answering questions regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
• Assisting customers with simple technical questions and product-related support.
• Following up on cases and ensuring a high level of service.
• Collaborating with colleagues in different functions to find the best solutions.

Person Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.
• Has a technical interest and enjoys learning about new products and systems.
• Is service-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused.
• Is structured and thrives on handling multiple cases simultaneously.
• Has experience in customer service or similar work (meritorious but not a requirement).

Other Information

• Scope: Full-time.
• Start: Week 34.
• Assignment: Until the end of the year, with very good opportunities for extension.
• Location: Malmö.
