At Securitas Technology, we are looking for a business-driven regional sales manager who wants to shape the security solutions of tomorrow – for some of the market's most demanding customers.
As a regional sales manager, you will play a key role in developing new customer relationships and business, supported by a strong team. Here, you will work with advanced systems, major deals, and a global brand that opens doors.
This role is ideal for someone already established in security technology, electrical work, contracting, or complex technical B2B sales – and who thrives on responsibility, relationship building, and driving deals to completion.
📍Location: You will serve customers in Skåne County, with a focus on Malmö Municipality. We offer a flexible role with hybrid work options, combining field visits with office work in Malmö!
We are looking for someone who has:
- Documented experience from technical B2B business.
- Experience in security technology, electrical, technology, or contracting.
- Background in service sales.
- Ability to understand customer needs and package solutions.
- Knowledge of contracting law.
- Category B driver's license, upper secondary education, and very good Swedish & English skills.

- Self-driven, with experience in managing your own workload, handling multiple parallel customer dialogues, and looking beyond technical details.
