About the role
As an Economics Assistant, you will support the finance team with a focus on accounts payable. Here you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in finance work and become part of a small team at an international medtech company that truly makes a difference in people's health and quality of life.
In your daily work, you will work in the ongoing flow within accounts payable. Over time, you will also have the opportunity to develop further and assist with other financial tasks.

Responsibilities
- Process and code incoming supplier invoices
- Administer and monitor approval workflows
- Register invoice data in the business system Oracle
- Manage ongoing communication with internal and external parties
- Perform administrative tasks related to the finance department
We are looking for you who
- Are currently pursuing post-secondary studies in economics and will graduate no earlier than January 2028
- Have a basic understanding of economics
- Have good administrative skills
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in the work
- Are available to work 10 hours/week during your studies
- Are meticulous and responsible, with a strong desire to learn
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience working in accounts payable
- Knowledge of the business system Oracle
