JobTeam Konsult is now looking for an experienced and driven labor market consultant to join our work within the Rusta and Matcha program.

We are looking for you who want to work closely with people while maintaining a clear focus on quality, structure, and results. This role is ideal for you if you are self-motivated, professional, and confident in guiding participants toward employment or studies.

As a labor market consultant, you will work with individual conversations, mapping, guidance, matching, documentation, and follow-up. You are responsible for supporting participants in a clear and goal-oriented manner, while adhering to the Swedish Public Employment Service's (Arbetsförmedlingen) requirements and guidelines.

We are looking for someone who has

• experience with Rusta and Matcha or similar labor market initiatives
• a good understanding of the Swedish Public Employment Service's mission and requirements
• experience with documentation, follow-up, and result-oriented work
• the ability to build trust and establish professional relationships
• a structured, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach to work
• a strong desire to contribute to participants achieving employment or studies

As a qualified job coach, you must meet the following requirements:

Alternative 1:

At least 180 completed higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system) and at least two years of full-time work experience.

Alternative 2

At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade, and at least three years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Team leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Case handling in personnel matters (not solely personnel administration)
• Work with working life and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance
