About the role

Do you want to work in a company with high ambitions, strong growth, and a clear focus on people? We are now looking for a Consultant Manager who wants to help develop our staffing and recruitment operations.

As a Consultant Manager, you have a central and business-oriented role where you are responsible for the entire process – from customer dialogue and needs analysis to recruitment, matching, and follow-up of consultants. You act as a key link between our customers, candidates, and consultants, working closely with both colleagues and the business to create long-term and successful collaborations.

We are a team of six people based out of our headquarters and warehouse in Östra Ljungby. We offer a varied role with significant autonomy, where you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and contribute to Boxflow's continued growth.

Responsibilities

In the role of Consultant Manager, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for recruitment and staffing processes from start to finish.
• Match candidates and consultants to customer needs.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with customers, candidates, and consultants.
• Have personnel responsibility for our consultants and manage the entire employee journey – from onboarding and introduction to coaching, follow-up, performance reviews, and offboarding.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of existing and new customer collaborations.
• Ensure high quality and service in all parts of the delivery.
• Participate in an on-call solution for customers needing support during weekends and public holidays, according to a set schedule.

Profile & Background

We are looking for you who thrive in a role with high tempo, short decision-making paths, and many contact surfaces. You are accustomed to combining operational work with strategic customer development and a business-oriented holistic perspective. You are driven by creating results through satisfied customers, well-functioning consultant assignments, and deals that close. When conditions change, you are quick to adapt, find solutions, and ensure high quality in the delivery.

You naturally build trust and long-term relationships while working in a structured and goal-oriented manner. You have the ability to understand customer needs and match the right candidate to the right assignment. As a person, you are unpretentious, thrive in a team, and actively contribute to shared results.

We believe you have:

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or other personnel-related work where matching and delivery have been a central part of the role.
• Experience with customer contact, preferably with elements of sales or business development where you have driven dialogues and developed business yourself.
• A strong results focus and experience working towards goals, KPIs, or other delivery requirements.
• A structured work approach and good administrative skills, with experience handling multiple processes simultaneously.
• A natural ability to build trusting relationships with customers, consultants, and candidates.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• A valid B-driver's license.

Other

Start date: By agreement. The position is planned to start in autumn 2026. Interviews will begin in September. The position begins with a six-month probationary period.
