We are now looking for an experienced and operational HR Business Partner for a consultancy assignment with an international company. The assignment is for approximately 6 months with immediate start.

In this role, you will become a key part of the HR function, supporting the business in both daily HR operations and several ongoing change initiatives. The assignment is varied and suits you if you thrive on combining operational HR work with projects and development efforts.

About the Role

Your main areas of responsibility will include:

  • Support in the project to outsource payroll management, including handover to an external provider
  • Support during the implementation of a new HCM system, as well as communication and change support to the organization
  • Operational support to managers in recruitment processes
  • Daily HR support in areas such as labor law, rehabilitation, personnel cases, and conflict management
  • Participation in other HR initiatives, such as work related to the Pay Transparency Directive, digitalization of onboarding and offboarding processes, and development of proactive measures

You will work closely with the internal HR function, where tasks will to some extent overlap with the team's responsibilities. Therefore, the role requires you to be flexible, non-hierarchical, and able to quickly adapt to the business's needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are an experienced and confident HR Generalist or HR Business Partner with broad operational experience. You have good knowledge of Swedish labor law and are accustomed to supporting managers in both everyday HR matters and more complex personnel cases. You must be proficient in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

To succeed in this assignment, you also need experience with payroll processes and an understanding of the interaction between HR and payroll. Previous experience in outsourcing a payroll function or working with the implementation of HR or HCM systems is a plus. As a person, you are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and thrive in a changing environment where you can quickly get up to speed, build trust, and contribute with both operational support and a structured approach.
