We are looking for a Controller for a consultancy assignment with a client in Tidaholm.

The assignment covers a temporary need for an Investment Controller at 50%, with the possibility of increased scope during certain periods when needed.

You will be part of the company's knowledgeable controlling team within the unit for Finance and Business Control. The unit is responsible for overall work within accounting, financing, budgeting, follow-up, and procurement.

Responsibilities

As an Investment Controller, you are responsible for leading overall financial processes and supporting managers and project managers through analysis and quality assurance of reports.

Your main tasks include:

• Responsible for preparing project budgets, calculations, forecasts, and business planning
• Responsible for ongoing follow-up through analysis of financial results and key performance indicators
• Lead the work with status reporting for projects
• Prepare investment calculations and conduct financial review of decision materials
• Drive work within the framework of the company's processes, guidelines, and policies
• Drive business development within finance and business control
• Lead training initiatives in areas such as forecasting, investment processes, and business systems
• Contribute both strategically and operationally to financial work
• Provide proactive support to managers and project managers

You are analytical, proactive, and have good communication skills. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and find it easy to collaborate with people at different levels in the organization. You are happy to share your knowledge and contribute to common results.

You also have:

• At least a three-year university degree in economics or equivalent
• Experience from the public sector, politically governed organization, municipal sector, or primary municipality
• Experience of qualified controlling work within the public sector, civil engineering, contracting, or complex investment projects
• Very good knowledge of the Office package
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within the assignment's framework
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Experience in driving development and improvement of processes
• Experience and good knowledge of BI systems (Meritorious)
