About the role

We are looking for an Economic Assistant for a fixed-term position of 12 months, with possibilities for extension. You will become part of our finance department, working closely with other accountants and reporting directly to the Finance Manager. This role is perfect for you who want to develop within financial work in a thriving corporation.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment for 12 months, located in Töreboda

Responsibilities

As an Economic Assistant, you will handle various tasks related to ongoing financial management, such as:

• Accounts Payable — handling invoices and payments
• Accounts Receivable — invoicing and follow-up
• Reconciliation of accounts and transactions
• Administrative support to the finance department
• Other tasks within practical financial work

Requirements

Education

• Secondary education with a focus on economics

Experience

• Preferably a few years of experience in financial work, but not required
• Experience in practical financial work is an advantage

Skills and Competencies

• Good understanding of basic financial processes
• Accustomed to administrative systems and digital working methods
• Meticulous and responsible
• Good teamwork skills and communicative in your work approach
• Structured and solution-oriented
• Swedish: Fluent in speech and writing
• English: Basic knowledge
