Do you have the ability to link HR strategies to business goals, while being motivated by culture and change management? We are looking for an engaged HR Director who wants to take a key role in our continued development.

As HR Director, you have overall strategic and operational responsibility for our HR work. You are a member of the company's management group, contributing to our overall governance and development with a clear HR and employee perspective. You report directly to the CEO.

You lead and distribute the work for our HR department, which, besides you, consists of three dedicated employees. Together, you provide support and service to the company's managers to ensure good employee and leadership practices. A major focus going forward is driving our internal development and culture work and building a more cohesive organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, initiate, and drive the organization's development and culture work, as well as values-based issues.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the three HR department employees: Senior HR Partner, HR Administrator, and Occupational Health and Safety Engineer.
  • Drive and implement the organization's HR strategies, processes, and policies.
  • Participate in the company's management group and drive strategic issues from an HR perspective.
  • Interpret and apply laws and collective agreements.
  • Lead the organization's cooperation and negotiations with trade union organizations.
  • Be responsible for overall competence supply, leadership development, and systematic work environment work (SAM).

Qualifications

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you are an empathetic, confident, and communicative leader with high integrity and a natural ability to inspire change. You have an excellent ability to build relationships and create trust at all levels of the organization. You are structured, strategic, and development-oriented, with a good understanding of the importance of operational HR work.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A relevant academic degree in HR/personnel science or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in broad, qualified HR work within the public sector.
  • Documented experience in leadership and management.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and extensive experience working with collective agreements.
  • Experience in trade union cooperation and strategic management group work.
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits:

  • Experience with, among other things, Developing Leadership (UL) and Developing Employee Work (UM).
