About Us
Do you want to be part of the development of Uddevalla Municipality's work? Apply for the position of structured and service-oriented Administrator for the Support Unit of the Community Planning Administration – the unit where everything happens!
You will join the unit's administration support team, a dedicated team focused on supporting the rest of the administration, collaboration, development, and good customer service.
Job Responsibilities
As an administrator, you will work with diary registration and dispatching in our document and case management system, LEX, as well as supporting committee administration.
You will handle orders and invoicing in Raindance, personnel reports, mail handling, archive care, and coordination of steering documents.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone with competence and/or experience working within public administration, preferably with a focus on community planning.
You plan, organize, and prioritize work efficiently. You thrive working independently and driving processes forward. You are service-oriented and collaborate well with others. You adapt easily to changing circumstances, are meticulous, and communicate clearly.
You are accustomed to prioritizing and driving your work forward independently. You are structured, meticulous, and confident in handling multiple parallel tasks simultaneously. You have a high awareness of service and quality and actively contribute to a good working climate in collaboration with colleagues. To thrive here, you must appreciate work with many contact points, recurring processes, and clear deadlines.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience and education in administration.
- Education in document and case management.
- Relevant education/experience in public administration.
- Very good knowledge of the Local Government Act as well as public access and secrecy legislation.
- Good digital competence.
You have at least five years of experience in qualified case processing and improvement work within municipal operations and have worked in the following areas:
- Case administration.
- Economic administration.
- Personnel administration.
- Archive care.
We assume you have good knowledge of the Swedish language and a good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.
Merits
It is a merit if you have:
- Experience from the case management system Lex.
- Experience in administrative coordination.
