Aura Personal is helping DinBil recruit a Service Advisor for their facility in Hisings Backa. Do you want a key role where service, structure, and customer contact meet? Then this might be the job for you.

DinBil is an authorized dealer and service partner with an experienced team of technicians. At the Hisings Backa facility, they currently work with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars.

About the role As a Service Advisor, you are the hub between the customer and the workshop. You are the customer's first point of contact – in the reception, on the phone, and via email – and are responsible for receiving, booking, and planning service cases. You provide advice on service and repairs, create work orders, and keep the customer informed throughout the process. The role requires you to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining focus on the customer experience.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a strong service mindset and builds trust in customer interactions

• Is structured, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Communicates clearly and professionally in both speech and writing

• Has strong administrative skills and experience working with digital systems

• Has experience from the automotive industry or another service sector (preferred)

Technical understanding of vehicles, previous experience as a Service Advisor, and familiarity with VAG Group systems are meritorious. However, the right person with good industry knowledge weighs the heaviest – the more experience, the better.
