Dundie Works is a small consultancy with a simple idea – helping companies get things done.

Sometimes it’s about software development. Sometimes project management. Sometimes business development or administration. And sometimes it’s about being the person who holds everything together between technology, people, and business.

We don’t believe much in silos or long hierarchies.

We believe in skilled people who are given the freedom to do what they do best. That’s why we aren’t looking for a specific job title.

We are looking for people who enjoy solving problems, taking responsibility, and building long-term relationships.

How does it work?

We want to offer the security of employment, but with significantly greater opportunities to influence both assignments and your own compensation than in a traditional consultancy.

With us, you don’t have to worry about accounting, invoicing, contracts, administration, or anything else surrounding it. You can focus on what you’re really good at – we’ll take care of the rest.
