As a Debt Collection Advisor at Intrum, you will have an important role where you help your end customers find sustainable ways forward. We are looking for you who enjoy building trust, providing professional advice, and contributing to positive customer experiences in every interaction.

As a Debt Collection Advisor, you work closely with customers to find solutions that work for their situation. You do this by professionally and humbly handling incoming and outgoing cases from end customers via phone and email. Together with your team, you will increase customers' cash flow through high service levels and a solution-oriented approach. The phone will be your main work tool as you will handle both incoming and outgoing calls.

You will start your new role with training to ensure you have the right conditions to succeed and develop in your new job. The training will be a mix of theoretical and practical work together with experienced colleagues from one of the teams.

Working hours are during daytime Monday to Friday. Start of the consulting assignment September 7th.

Qualifications and skills

• Previous experience from work within service and customer contact, preferably within debt collection and customer service.
• The ability to lead yourself and enjoy working towards clear goals and expectations.
• The ability to quickly get up to speed with new tasks and working methods and build trust in yourself and Intrum as a company.
• Comfortable working with different systems and digital channels.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to express yourself well in both Swedish and English are required; additional languages are a big plus.
