Job Description
We are growing and need reinforcement! We want to fill this role with a driven, structured, and engaged recruiter who wants to take a central position in the launch of a strategically important key account.
As a recruiter, you will have a key role in building and driving the candidate flow within the professional sector, with a focus on roles in production, administration, and technology development.
You will be responsible for initiating several parallel processes, creating momentum in the candidate pipeline, and ensuring that the right candidates are presented at the right time.
You will also serve as an important coordinating function for several other recruiters who partially work towards the same client. This role suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating structure in complex processes, and are motivated by getting things done.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Initiate and drive several recruitment processes in parallel within production, administration, and technology development.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline through advertising, search, networking, and proactive processing.
- Conduct screenings, phone interviews, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Present qualified candidates in a clear and professional manner.
- Create structure, working methods, and priorities during a launch phase where much is happening simultaneously.
- Act as a coordinating link between several recruiters connected to the same client.
Qualifications

We are looking for someone who enjoys a role where you take responsibility, create structure, and drive the work forward. You have a professional approach, are communicative, and have a good ability to build relationships with both candidates, colleagues, and clients.
You have:
- Experience in recruitment or a similar role, with a good understanding of the entire recruitment process.
- The ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously without losing structure or quality.
- Experience working with search and building candidate networks.
- Strong skills in conducting screenings, interviews, and presenting candidates.
- A strong sense of service, quality, and business.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
It is an advantage if you have experience recruiting within production, technology, industry, or administration.
You must have a driver's license and access to a car.
