We at Jefferson Wells are now looking for an experienced Rental Administrator for a fixed-term consulting assignment at Higab. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute your specialist competence in rental administration while becoming an important part of the business's continued development during a comprehensive system change.

About the role

As a Rental Administrator at Higab, you will have a central role in the daily management of the company's rental administration. The assignment has arisen because the regular resource will focus on implementing a new property system, creating a need for an experienced person who can ensure quality, continuity, and stable operations in the ongoing business.

You will work closely with property controllers, property managers, and the finance department, and be responsible for several key parts of the rental process.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Handling of rental agreements and rent supplements
• Registration, quality assurance, and approval of contracts in Unit4 PM
• Invoicing and handling of contract-related changes
• Support to property managers in contract matters
• Vacancy and leasing reporting
• Support to the finance department regarding invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting data
• Preparation of data for year-end closing
• Follow-up of rental accounts receivable

The assignment covers 80 percent of full-time hours and is performed on-site at Higab's office in Gothenburg. The assignment period is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are confident in the role of rental administrator and who can quickly get up to speed in the business and take own responsibility. You have experience from the property industry and are accustomed to working structured with contracts, reporting, and administrative processes.

You thrive in a role where precision, quality, and service are crucial for the business to function efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in rental administration
• Experience from the property industry
• Documented experience with Unit4 PM
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of rental law and property economics
• Good understanding of municipal operations
• Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and structure your work

Meritorious:

• Experience of system change or implementation of a new property system
• Experience from public operations or municipal company
• Knowledge of the property system Pigello
• Experience with Lime Desktop
