Do you want to work close to the business in an area that spans the entire value chain – from assortment strategy and purchasing to pricing, campaign management, and regulatory compliance? As a Business Analyst, you are the link between business and IT and work on initiatives spanning assortment, purchasing, pricing, and regulations. You drive business-critical development within one of Jula's core areas.

Your daily work is characterized by leading analyses, pre-studies, and prioritizations, as well as identifying needs, drivers, and improvement opportunities close to the operations. You structure and quality-assure requirements, are responsible for the requirements picture and solution direction in projects, and identify dependencies and synergies between different parts of the organization. The role involves close collaboration with IT, Solution Architects, and adjacent areas such as Logistics and Marketing & Digital Sales, where you operate both strategically and operationally in initiatives that often affect multiple companies, for example within ERP and purchasing solutions.

What is in your CV?

You have several years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role and are accustomed to working in the borderland between business and IT. You have a good ability to drive analysis and requirements work in complex environments, are confident in facilitating workshops and handling various stakeholders, and have an understanding of business processes within assortment, purchasing, pricing, or supply chain. Experience from retail or e-commerce is considered an advantage.

Good to know

The position is full-time, with an initial 6-month probationary period. The location is at our headquarters in Skara. Jula has a collective agreement with Unionen for employees.
