Do you want a central role where you can combine structure, communication, and coordination?
We are now looking for a coordinator who wants to develop and implement our competence development initiatives for managers and leaders – with a special focus on our manager networks.
About the role
As a coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring our initiatives run smoothly – from planning to implementation and follow-up. You are responsible for creating structure, efficient working methods, and coordinating activities, ensuring all parts fit together.
You work closely with both internal and external contacts and play a vital role in ensuring professional and clear communication. The role involves significant independent responsibility where you plan, coordinate, and follow up on several parallel activities.
Your main responsibilities:
Practical and administrative coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and communicate competence development initiatives
- Responsible for bookings, participant management, and logistics
- Collaborate with discussion leaders, trainers, and consultants
- Monitor costs and contribute to a good financial overview
- Support implementation in both digital and physical learning environments
- Manage and develop website content and support communication matters
- Develop and improve related working methods and processes
You contribute to ensuring our initiatives are implemented smoothly, structured, and with high quality.
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant post-secondary education
- Several years of experience in administrative coordination, preferably within education, networks, or similar operations with large participant volumes
- Very strong ability to independently plan, prioritize, and structure your work
- Experience in financial management and cost monitoring
- Very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ease in learning new systems
It is an advantage if you also have experience with learning platforms (LMS), such as Lärportalen or Totara, and experience working as a web editor or in a communication role.

You have the ability to juggle several parallel assignments simultaneously and contribute to creating structure and clarity in a role that is under development.
