Hospitals in the West is an administration within the Region of Västra Götaland and consists of four hospitals – Alingsås Hospital, Angered Primary Care Hospital, Högsbo Primary Care Hospital, and Kungälv Hospital. About the role

As an HR Administrator, you will become part of the HR and Communications Support Team. Here, HR specialists, HR strategists, HR administrators, HR controllers, and communicators work together to provide professional support to the operations. We are geographically located at our four hospitals, but we work as a tightly knit team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and helpfulness are a natural part of everyday life.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you are an important administrative support to the HR team and contribute to ensuring our processes function efficiently and legally securely. You also interact with managers and employees in the operations and support them with various HR-related questions.

Examples of tasks:

• Administer and support work related to advertising and recruitment
• Coordinate and administer training courses managed by the HR team
• Handle orders within the HR area
• Work with diary registration, document management, and archiving
• Provide administrative support to HR team members
• Work with LAS (Swedish Employment Protection Act) management
• Write minutes, newsletters, and other informational material
• Handle other common administrative tasks
• Assist with tasks within the various HR processes

Furthermore, you have a strong focus on quality in your administrative work and drive your tasks forward in a structured and responsible manner.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

Requirements

• Education in personnel administration or other education that the employer deems equivalent
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package

Meritorious

• University education in HR/personnel, organization, work, or behavioral science
• Experience in HR administrative work within public operations
• Experience with administrative systems such as Varbi, Public 360, SharePoint, Marknadsplatsen, and Lärportalen
• Experience with document management, diary registration, training administration, as well as review and quality assurance of documents

Conditions

The position is a temporary assignment until 2027-05-31, with the possibility of extension. Appointment is conditional upon the permanent employee starting studies.
