Job Responsibilities
About the role
As a Customer Manager at Göta Lejon, you will play a central role in nurturing, developing, and strengthening our customer relationships. You will serve as a key link between our customers and the company, primarily dealing with risk management and insurance issues. The role involves close collaboration with both customers and colleagues, contributing to long-term value for the city's customers.
You will have numerous contact points and communicate with people at various levels, not least within management groups and decision-making functions. At the same time, you will be involved in developing our working methods and contributing to our ongoing digitalization journey.
Your main responsibilities:
- Nurture and develop long-term customer relationships
- Act as a consulting contact person in risk and insurance matters
- Plan, execute, and follow up on customers through meetings, planned risk inspections, and claims
- Contribute to the long-term development of customers regarding insurance, risk, and claims issues
- Build trust and create strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate closely with colleagues at Göta Lejon to analyze customers' needs for support and advice regarding insurance, risk, and claims
- Plan work based on customer needs and, together with colleagues, analyze which customers and issues to prioritize
- Be responsible for reporting and administrative tasks related to customer management
- Participate in the development of operations with a focus on digitalization and efficient working methods
Qualifications

You have a good ability to structure and communicate complex information in a clear and understandable way. As a person, you are analytical, flexible, and proactive. You value collaboration and have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships, both internally and externally.
We are looking for you who have
- Relevant higher education or university degree, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience combined with relevant training
- At least a few years of experience from the insurance industry
- Good ability to structure and organize your work
- Very good communication skills in speech and writing
- Experience working independently with significant autonomy
It is an advantage if you have experience with
- Contractor's All Risks (CAR) insurance
- Property insurance
