In this role, you need to:

• Have a service- and business-driven focus and enjoy interacting with people.

• Have previous work experience from sales, service, and/or finance-related work.

• Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English.

• Be confident in customer interactions and work with a goal-oriented focus on creating value for the customer.

• Adopt a pedagogical approach and communicate clearly to guide customers in the bank's digital tools and find customer-adapted solutions.

• Show interest in deepening your knowledge of how the bank combats money laundering and terrorist financing, and be able to apply this knowledge in every customer meeting.

• Enjoy problem-solving and sales, with the ability to identify customers' needs and present solutions that fit their situation.
