Answer questions regarding the bank's product and service offerings and refer customers where licenses are required for deeper advisory.
Develop your competence within the banking and finance sector, where you daily encounter new situations and challenges.
In this role, you need to:
Have a service- and business-driven focus and enjoy interacting with people.
Have previous work experience from sales, service, and/or finance-related work.
Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
Be confident in customer interactions and work with a goal-oriented focus on creating value for the customer.
Adopt a pedagogical approach and communicate clearly to guide customers in the bank's digital tools and find customer-adapted solutions.
Show interest in deepening your knowledge of how the bank combats money laundering and terrorist financing, and be able to apply this knowledge in every customer meeting.
Enjoy problem-solving and sales, with the ability to identify customers' needs and present solutions that fit their situation.
