About the job

The Construction Housing West region is currently divided into five Area Manager groups active in Gothenburg, Borås, Alingsås, and Halland. We believe that specialization is the key to success. Our projects are driven by competent production management together with specialized expertise in areas such as project design, installation management, and purchasing.

We are now looking for a Purchaser with several years of experience in project purchasing, located in Gothenburg or Borås.

In your role as a Purchaser in the Construction Housing West region, you are responsible for the entire purchasing process, from inquiry to final contract, with active support from the site manager and other members of the project team. The project team includes, among others, installation managers, contracting engineers, production management personnel, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) staff.

You are part of the region's purchasing group where you, together with other purchasers, develop our purchasing work. You report to the Purchasing Manager.

About you

We want you to have relevant education and experience working with strategic purchasing within the construction sector. It is a big plus if you have previously worked as a foreman or site manager. It is also meritorious to have worked as a contracting engineer.

In this position, it is important that you are driven and love to negotiate with the business in focus. A prerequisite for success in the role is that you have strong execution skills and are motivated by developing business relationships with contractors and suppliers. You also have good negotiation skills, strong communication skills, and high integrity. We would like you to be independent and believe it is natural to share knowledge and contribute to others' development.

It is also important that ethics and morality are key words for you, as they are for us.
